With the brief to build a contemporary and high-performance world cruising sloop, STATE OF GRACE was launched in 2013 as the first of Perini Navi’s 40m Fast Cruising series.
In 2023, she underwent a comprehensive mechanical and interior refit, presenting her in pristine condition and ready to be enjoyed by a new owner.

Exterior Design & Engineering
STATE OF GRACE yacht for sale embraces sailing tradition with her classic exterior design and striking navy-blue aluminium hull with contrasting wooden gunwale and teak decks. This stunning collaboration between Perini Navi and Ron Holland Design led her to be a finalist of six industry awards.
She offers a powerful sailing experience with her Southern Spars hybrid carbon mast and boom which is paired with new generation Perini Navi captive reel winches. Her 17-ton lifting centreboard deploys to a maximum draft of 9.1m ensuring incredible stability during cruising and when raised to 3.5m this enables greater accessibility for cruising shallow areas and anchorages.
Powered by one 738 Hp Caterpillar C18 engine, she reaches a maximum speed of 14 knots and cruising speed of 9 knots with a range of 3,000nm at 7 knots when at economic speed.
Amenities
Her intelligent layout provides ample space for relaxation across her expansive deck, with comfortable sun pads for sunbathing and sofas on the aft under the awning for a break from the sun. Her al fresco dining area provides an intimate setting for lunch and dinners, benefiting from endless panoramic views. Stepping down from the stern, there’s easy access to the sea with a fold down transom revealing a large aft swim platform, providing an additional and separate area for relaxation and a launch pad for the extensive array of toys.
Interior Design
STATE OF GRACE yacht has been transformed through her improved layout and interior design during her 2023 refit. She balances a modern, yet traditional feel, utilising warm wooden finishes contrasted with sleek straight edges, creating a high level of luxury while ensuring her interior remains welcoming and homely.
Her split-level salon offers increased headroom and creates two distinct social areas. The lounge on the main deck features a comfortable six-seater sofa and designer lounger with a concealed TV and reading area, all encircled by large windows. On the lower deck, there is a relaxed lounging space with an additional concealed TV, as well as a dining table for up to eight guests bathed in natural light from above.
She has accommodation for up to nine guests across one master cabin, two queen double cabins and one twin cabin (with pullman). Her full beam Master Suite offers a large Turkish Hammam steam shower, Therasage massage and shiatsu machine and direct access to the fully equipped gym area with Technogym cross trainer, rowing machine, free weights, and exercise bars.
There is further accommodation for a crew of up to six across three cabins.

STATE OF GRACE yacht for sale features one 5.5m Pascoe International tender and one small inflatable tender, along with two SUPs, water skis, wakeboard and full deep-sea fishing, diving, and snorkelling equipment.
