Market Overview

In the first quarter of 2025, 76 yachts over 30m sold globally, with these transactions representing a total deal value of €1.07 billion. This now puts Q1 2025 as the strongest first quarter for the past three years.

The average time on the market before selling was 599 days, reflecting an 11% increase compared to the 2024 average, indicating a slightly longer sales cycle but sustained buyer interest in high-value vessels.

Price reductions are up again on the previous year, by 22%, whilst the flow of yachts joining the market is up just 10%. March is typically an active month for new yachts to market however we have seen a shift, January and February being strong and March new joiner numbers down by almost half.

Among the most significant sales this quarter is the 74m NEW SECRET, a landmark in-house deal, closing at the end of March. Other key transactions include an in-build 73m ADMIRAL, RESILIENCE – 65m, and RED DRAGON – 52m.

In addition to our sales success, we are pleased to represent PROJECT FUN, a 49.5m Feadship, presenting an exclusive opportunity to acquire a full custom sub-500GT of the highest quality available in the world today. Truly future-proof, PROJECT FUN features cutting-edge propulsion and energy solutions—including a state-of-the-art diesel-electric system paired with Veth pod drives—delivering optimal performance, sustainability, and long-term adaptability with reduced environmental impact.
